Granata Russula
ranata Russula is a large mushroom found in well lit outdoor locations. Often found growing amidst tall grass or near marshy areas, Granata Russula can be quickly identified by its bright red cap and long white stem. The plant has an alchemical property allowing slight restoration of health, but much more efficient alternatives are available for the task, making Granata Russula an ingredient only amateur alchemists would need to deal with.
The title of Granata comes from the word "grand", which was originally used to name the plant. The mushroom was considered to be a symbol of the king during the reign of Roland Sellos VII because of its bright red cap which matched the hue of the royal cape at the time. Today it holds no special status, but the name is a reminder that it was once thought highly of by one the three most powerful men in the world.
