Havvan - Ikari District

he Ikari District is located in the 'mouth' of the Havvan area. It is wedged in between the two outstretched strips of housing, and is the transition from the flatter plains region to the hilly terrain that Havvan is built upon. This district is mainly housing, most of the shrines and religious buildings are in the main city.
