Tyruss Isle

yruss Isle is home to the villages of Tyruss and Coran. The island itself was discovered by fishermen from Zenpai going out to sea. They managed to bring the boat up to the shore, and decided to set up a camp on the island that they could return to for rest on their trips out into the sea. The fishing in the area around the island was so good compared to that around Zenpai, more and more fishermen began expressing an interest in building a more permanent settlement on the island. The camp set up by the island's first visitors was soon turned into a small village, known now as Tyruss.

But not all was well on the island. Since Tyruss was such a popular place for fishermen and travelers to gather, more merchants began stopping by to take advantage of the customers who had no access to the stores of the mainland. This meant that there were often undefended merchants on the streets peddling their goods, perfect targets for bandits and thieves. This was the beginning of the Kollathur gang. Several merchants who built their shops on the island turned to thievery when the traveling merchants took away their business and drove many to be homeless. Originally a small, simple group of poor merchants seeking revenge, the Kollathur group expanded over time as more people were affected by Tyruss Isle's economic presence. They now center their activity in the caves between Tyruss and Coran, raiding and travelers brave enough to try and pass through. With the guard forces in both Tyruss and Coran already stretched thin defending against the threat from the ruins, many villagers who have become victims of Kollathur raids have been left to fend for themselves.
